Softwave Clinics Scholarship

At Softwave Clinics, we believe in the power of education and the importance of giving back to our community. We understand that pursuing a college degree can be a significant financial burden for many students and their families. That’s why we’re proud to offer the Softwave Clinics Scholarship, which aims to provide financial assistance to deserving students who are pursuing higher education in exercise science, sports medicine, kinesiology, or related health science fields.

Winners Announcement:  August 30, 2024

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be a legal resident of the United States of America.
  • Must be currently enrolled or accepted into an exercise science, sports medicine, kinesiology, human biology, or related health science degree program at an accredited college or university in the United States of America.
  • Must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
  • Must demonstrate financial need, academic achievement, and involvement in extracurricular activities.

Application Process:

To apply for the Softwave Clinics Scholarship, please follow these steps:

  1. Complete the online application form located at www.softwaveclinics.com/scholarship.
  2. Attach a copy of your most recent academic transcript.
  3. Write an essay of 500 words on the following topic: Why I Chose to Pursue a Degree in Health Science.
  4. Provide proof of enrollment or acceptance into an exercise science, sports medicine, kinesiology, human biology, or related health science degree program at an accredited college or university.
  5. Submit any additional required documents, as specified in the application form.

Selection Process:

Softwave Clinics will review all applications and select the scholarship recipient based on the following criteria:

  • Academic achievement
  • Quality of the essay
  • Involvement in sports teams or health-related extracurricular activities
  • Financial need

The winner will be notified by email on or before July 31, 2024. The scholarship funds will be disbursed directly to the winner’s college or university.
